The property exceeded our expectations and will be our future first choice. the lounge area was spacious with recliners and a smart TV. the kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed, including incidentals. There were two powerful showers and plenty of towels. the garage converted into a pool room was a great addition, and having a parking drive right outside was convenient. We were met by a friendly person who had already prepared the house for our arrival.
We couldn't find any faults with the property. It provided all the comfort and amenities we needed, and its central location made it easy to access the beach, high street, and railway station.

The house was well equipped, clean, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. the location offered beautiful rural views while still being a short walk to town, the walls, and the beach. the area had excellent roads for motorcycling in Keilder, St Mary's Loch, the Borders, and Dumfries & Galloway.
Felt cared for, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at Stow House! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and left us a delicious cake and wine as a surprise. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a travel cot and high chair for our grandson. It was warm, exceptionally clean, and spacious. The lounge had recliners and a smart TV with Netflix and Prime. The kitchen had all the amenities, and the showers were powerful. The added bonus of a pool room and parking drive made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I must say that the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They did their best to make our stay comfortable. the hotel also provided a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh flowers, which was a nice touch. Despite its location, the hotel did offer free parking, which was convenient for us.
I have to say, I was really disappointed with my recent city break. the location of the hotel was not convenient at all.

We had an amazing new year at this hidden gem in the Northumberland area. the house was spacious and beautifully furnished, with gorgeous sea views from the living room. We loved the fact that it was well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the kitchen had all the utensils and amenities we needed, and they even provided a welcome pack with coffee, milk, and a delicious cake. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre and close to coastal walks. Plus, we were only a 40-minute train ride away from Edinburgh, making it easy to explore the city.
To be honest, we struggled to find any faults with our stay. the only thing we would say is that the photos on the website didn't do justice to the beauty and comfort of the house.

We had an amazing time staying at Stow House Villa. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Trainline to Edinburgh and a quick drive to holy island. the house itself was beautifully appointed, with three spacious bedrooms downstairs and a large, comfortable living area upstairs. Everything was immaculately clean, and we loved the thick, plush carpet. the kitchen had all the amenities we needed, and it was a thoughtful touch to have washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided. We even appreciated the welcome coffee, milk, and delicious cake. the rainforest showers were a luxurious touch, and the superfast wifi allowed us to stream Netflix on the large modern TV. the coastal walks right from the back door were a definite highlight. We can't wait to come back!
Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

The house was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basic necessities, and we even had tea, coffee, and cooking oil provided. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and the town center. It was also close to the coastal path, which was great for taking walks by the sea. The views from the large lounge upstairs were beautiful, and we especially enjoyed watching the sunset from there.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about our stay. We were a bit apprehensive at first, but everything turned out to be perfect.

The location of this holiday home was fantastic! It was within walking distance to town and a lovely beach, and there was even a beer garden next door for some relaxation. The views were breathtaking, with an old fort and bell tower nearby. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, with fresh flowers, wine, and a homemade cake upon arrival. The house itself was well-equipped, with a large kitchen and a spacious living area upstairs. The beds were comfortable, the showers were brilliant, and everything was spotlessly clean. it felt like a home away from home.
There was nothing to dislike about this holiday home. It exceeded all expectations and provided a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area and even Edinburgh.
